2. Respond to that email stating acceptance or decline or any changes you wish to make

1. Within 24 hours we will review your order adding any shipping costs and confirm the order

After we have an accepted/confirmed order

1. We will email you an sales order and at that point you need to pay us by bank transfer
2. Once we have payment we will issue a receipt by email and raise an invoice
3. We will then pack the order and ship as quickly as possible dependant on stock
4. Our items are shipped by DHL next day delivery
